libend-perl software package provides Perl interface for a generalized END {}, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libend-perl
libend-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libend-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libend-perl *
You will get with libend-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
